The needs of the client have changed significantly over recent years, the way in which we communicate and how we go about producing the same end goal but using more innovative methods and technology. However, a personable service remains key to the success of the relationship between accountant and client. This new relationship becomes an invaluable  resource for your business.

After many years in the industry, it certainly is a constant process of learning and change.  The reward of  creating RW Accountancy Solutions Limited is the blank canvas, the ability to build from the foundations upwards with 'Making Tax Digital' in mind using all the things that work well. We're committed to the future.

In our business plan, we have tried to look from a clients’ perspective and identify areas to focus on which will deliver the best client experience, which we share below. We want you to see your accountant as someone you would happily go out for a pint with, someone who will say it as it is, but at the same time full of optimism, encouragement and enthusiasm for your ideas. Above all else, we will do it with a smile on our face and a bit of humour mixed in.

Communication – You will always have a dedicated point of contact who will be available on e-mail, zoom appointments, mobile telephone. If it is not possible to take your enquiry immediately, please leave a message and we will be straight back you, usually within a couple of hours. We do not charge for the odd bit of ad-hoc advice, so you never have to worry about making contact.

Keep it simple – If it isn’t simple, it can become a burden and sometimes stressful. Our bookkeeping apps and process flow is exactly the same for each client. This consistency keeps our client services centralised and operating efficiently.

Look to the future – ‘Making Tax Digital’ (MTD) is shaping the way we will be expected to present our financials to HMRC. Nothing to worry about, but equally it can’t be ignored. We appreciate that some find technology and change more challenging than others and we will do our best to make sure you do not feel in any way pressurised. We will always invest in the latest apps and processes to make sure you have the best tools available in your business.

Virtual location  –  We have all seen changes in the way technology has helped us to work remotely, especially during the coronavirus pandemic and has certainly made many companies rethink. Do we still need a physical presence in an office? We have always needed to in the past, mainly to accommodate rows of filing cabinets and cupboards, computer cabinets, monster printing machines etc.  For us, a paperless cloud based company, the days of the physical office are gone. For client meetings we can Zoom, come to you, it’s cool to meet at a Starbucks or Costa, or a dedicated meeting facility when something more formal is required. 

Capacity  –  We have a capacity plan with a contingency buffer to ensure we can offer the best service to our clients. This ensures work is carried out efficiently and accurately. We will never take on more than we can comfortably deliver.

100% Cloud – All of the apps we use and supply for your use are cloud based, making it secure and accessible from anywhere with an internet connection. Any signing is done electronically using a simple e-signing tool.
